The RE-ACT consortium is in a two-days intensive work in Macerata, hosted by the partner UNIMC. On the 20th June, partners held the first part of its final consortium meeting. It was an occasion to share the achievements in all RE-ACT regions at this final stage of the project and discuss the challenges faced in the implementation of activities, such as the challenge of engaging regional stakeholders, which is at the core of RE-ACT’s activities.
The consortium meeting will continue after the final conference of the project, that takes place on the 21st June, also in Macerata (and online). With the inputs and conclusions of the final conference, RE-ACT will consolidate the strategic decisions to ensure the future sustainability of the project’s results and discuss the ways forward to continue supporting regional collaboration. Although RE-ACT formally ends in June 2022, the collaboration and work will certainly continue, since the topics of “regional innovation”, “stakeholders engagement”, “smart specialization strategies” and others addressed by RE-ACT are high in the European and National agendas.
